Luke 17:17-19
And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
Many times we see Jesus in scripture saying to someone, '...your faith has made you whole.' In many of those instances, Jesus had just healed them of one infirmity or the other. In this particular case, ten lepers had just been healed and out of them, only one came back to say "thank you". Jesus said to him, "...Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole."
The question now is, what is the difference between those who were healed and this man who had been made whole? The disease of leprosy is one that eats away at the extremities of the body. From fingers, to toes and the nose, etc. So the men who healed, had their leprosy arrested and it stopped eating them away. But the man who was made whole got a restoration of his limbs, back to how they were originally, HALLELUJAH.
Have you been blessed by God in anyway this year, has He healed you and delivered you from anything this year, be like this one man and come back to Him, not complaining that you didn't get everything you desired thus year, but thankful for the one God did and get wholeness and restoration released on your soul in Jesus name.
PRAYER: Lord I thank you for this year, I thank you for every time you saved me and provided for me this year. I thank you for healing and deliverance and everything you did for me this year. I am grateful and thankful because without you, I couldn't have made it this far. Thank you Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.
